Science Proves That Stressful Thoughts Weaken the Immune System

Stop thinking, NOW!  Or, at the very least effort to lessen the snowball effect that negative thoughts have. - Delegate away chores like housework if your life feels to overwhelming

- Build a relationship with Spirit (whatever that might mean to you)
